The company stated in the latest regulatory filing that it aimed to list shares on the NYSE in February 2021. With SEC scrutinying the videogames industry about how the companies recognize revenue from the sales of their in-game currencies, there might be further delays in the IPO date.

Roblox was valued at $29.5 billion in the latest funding round. In the updated filing by the company, Roblox had an independent valuation report in December. This valuation placed the shares at $41.52 per stock, about $3.5 more than its valuation in the latest funding round. So the Roblox IPO price is likely to be between $40 and $45.
